Cincinnati Development: How to Qualify for a Tax Abatement

In this week’s episode of Cincinnati development updates, I show you how to access information about the City’s tax abatements programs for homeowners who want to make improvements to their homes. Tax abatements allow homeowners to pay taxes on the pre-improvement value of their home for 10-15 years. Property tax abatement is available for any increased valuation that results from improvements to the property for new construction and renovation.
